Overview
A highly regarded i-Gaming company with multi-national reach is looking to recruit a brand new position, Head of Legal due to further and continued expansion. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer the role will cover a diverse range of corporate matters ranging from the day to day of complex drafting, negotiating and review of commercial contracts through to IPO and licensing issues across multi-jurisdictions and cover both legal and compliance matters. The company has global domination within it's sights and therefore the role will be fast-paced, complex and require frequent travel, often at short notice. In addition, management and oversight of the in-house legal team will be within the remit of the role. The team is spread across Malta and Stockholm. Provision of strategic support to long term objectives will be very much required as the company continues to grow at pace. Interested?
