Job Title: Operational Excellence Change Manager Salary: up to £55,000 Location: London or Hook About the role This role leads OE projects and delivers OE training and coaching to embed an OE culture across the UK&E; Division. The Operational Excellence Manager role is split into three core duties, OE Project delivery, YB/GB training and coaching, and OE Practice Development. The role requires OE project management experience, capability development and execution of benefits realisation. Key Accountabilites Executes successful project delivery Manages the project; stakeholders, deliverables, issues and communicates progress Works with the customer to ensure project goals are achieved and benefits realised Supports the Process Owner when the project is complete to ensure improvements are sustained Works with the Finance Champion to identify, measure, and track project benefits Collaborates regularly with Project Sponsors Engages with senior business stakeholders Use expert knowledge in OE tools and concepts Delivers YB/GB training Provide YB/GB mentoring and coaching ensuring the application of the Define, Understand, Implement, Sustain (DUIS) methodology and tools Leads the DUIS gate review process Shares information and best practices across the rest of OE team and wider network Ensure company processes and policies are followed Contribute to and embed the OE 5 step maturity model. Dedicates their time delivering OE projects, OE training and coaching, 10% and OE practice development About you Certified Black Belt, lean certification or greater than 5 years OE experience Delivers project results OE Project management experience; engaging customers and stakeholders; project reporting, change management experience, governance and project results Educated to degree level (or equivalent) Broad experience of implementing OE tools and techniques into a variety of business environments including a service environment Competent trainer, coach and facilitator Ability to communicate and collaborate across a diverse community of stakeholders with good networking and influencing skills Ability to work with changing priorities and with multiple projects Ability to coach and mentor the client and junior members of OE Team Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Experience of working in teams or as an individual Self-motivated Ability to create, innovating new and flexible products, solutions or processes Collaborate and develop close working relationships with the client and other OE team members.
