Overview

Your life as a Case Handler With support from your Manager you will be responsible for ensuring clients applications and supporting documentation is input on the relevant system in a timely fashion. You will have a keen eye for detail, love learning new skills and get a buzz from ensuring tasks are managed efficiently. What you'll do Assess incoming work. Process cases received from financial advisers. Follow up calls where necessary whilst managing customer expectations effectively. Identify and escalate priority issues. Identify marginal gains opportunities and communicate to Line Manager. To adhere to company policies at all times. Any other duties as assigned by your Line Manager. Who were looking for We're searching for a versatile person who gets what great customer service looks like and has what it takes to deliver it, as well as: Attention to detail. Excellent data entry and typing skills Managing multiple strands of activities Responding to queries and simple problem solving. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal. Time management and prioritization. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. Experience of working to tight deadlines.
