Our client is looking for an Administrative Assistant:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Minimum of 2 years of experience as an administrative assistant or a related role.


Responsibilities:

Managing calendar, scheduling meetings, prioritizing requests, and ensuring adherence to deadlines.

Screen phone calls, emails and direct inquiries appropriately; maintain polite and professional communication. 

Create, maintain and enter information into databases with high accuracy.

Thrives in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
