Job: Employee Relations Advisor (12 month FTC) Location: Loudwater Salary: £28,000 - £35,000 Our client, a well respected employer, is looking for an enthusiastic ER Advisor with experience of managing complex ER cases whilst prioritising a busy workload. You will be happy to educate managers in Employee Relations best practice. You will bring an understanding of UK employment law and experience of applying this knowledge in a commercial environment. Discretion, exceptional attention to detail and great organisiation skills are all essential and the ideal candidate will have CIPD Level 5 or the equivalent practical experience at this level. You will be passionate about ER, will have experience of drafting new policies and processes, someone that delivers a positive staff experience.
