Customer Operations Manager - Fleet / Automotive Services Berkshire, Permanent - office based. £35k - £40k bonus benefits CJ2613 The Role A brilliant opportunity for a proactive Administration / Operations / Support Team Manager to lead and develop a Fleet support team that will be responsible for delivering on KPI’s for fleet processes, contract changes, renewals, and end of contract charges. Your role will not only involve coaching & developing your team but there will also be a chance to use your initiative to drive change in systems, processes and efficiencies. About You You will have strong people management experience and be able to lead your team to achieve great results, with the goal of improving on customer SLA’s & service. You will naturally enjoy assessing processes, reviewing and driving changes to enhance customer journeys and issues. You will need to have experience within the automotive sector, ideally in fleet administration / operations.
