Job Profile The primary objective of the Customer Development Team is to support delivery of the eCommerce revenue targets by driving increased eCommerce sales and support all existing eCommerce channel partners. The Customer Development Executive will work on all GFOs and all Omnichannel retailers with the CDMs and SCDM. They deliver against trading strategies and plans which achieve J&J's customer objectives. They focus most on delivering annual objectives within the J&J year and customer JBP, as directed by their manager. This is achieved through fostering collaborative customer relationships, aligning to customer strategy and executing the company plan with excellence. They may provide analytical support to the CDM and SCDM to enable them to deliver against their general business targets, commercial innovation and RGM commitments by providing relevant analysis and support. They contribute to buyer level contacts, and own their contact relationships, but support their line manager and their BUH to win with mid-level, and more senior personnel. Principle Responsibilities: Customer Centricity * Manage the Omnichannel strategy with Morrisons.com and DCS. * Help drive and support plans to deliver our Omnichannel strategy with our other key Omnichannel retailers (Tesco, JS, ASDA, Waitrose, Boots and Superdrug). * Support local leadership for eCommerce, including practices in product presence, demand generation and analytics utilized to improve the sales of Johnson & Johnson products. * Follow identified best-practices and processes to improve product presence on eCommerce websites. This includes actively executing account negotiations, SKU presence improvements, product detail page improvements, images, videos and rich content and other requisite best-practices to reach eCommerce sales goals. * Deliver high quality customer contact driving positive engagement at buyer level, and across functions within the customers leading to improving AGS results * Deliver annual business plan, including JBP agreements where applicable. Commercial Fundamentals * Deliver NTS, TI and GP objectives while achieving brand share gains in line with the business plan. * Engage with and deliver revenue growth management (RGM) efforts within the business remit * Optimise Trade Investment, maintaining targeted TI levels, driving high quality TI evaluation and increasing the percentage of events which deliver positive ROI. Ensure TI ledger, accruals and invoicing are managed in a timely and compliant manner. * Ensure that a robust, reliable forecast is generated for their business, with delivery within the month, at M-3 and for the full year. * Ensure all eCommerce customer service and supply chain processes are operating effectively Innovation & Execution * Deliver J&J key initiatives with excellence * Contribute to commercial innovation and deliver these projects within the business plan * Build strong internal partnerships to enable delivery of key customer projects * Provide required analytical and technical support to the SCDM/CDM * Actively support the internal communication strategy to raise awareness/improve visibil
