This role has been established to understand how end users and channel partners engage through digital touchpoints across customer and partner journeys. The Customer Engagement Senior Executive is responsible for journey planning and marketing engagement across end-user and channel partner journeys. The role analyzes and identifies data relating to the user experience, creates recommendations to recognize and identify across platforms, drives deeper engagement through the journey at key moments to drive loyalty and advocacy. This is a key role to in the development of a successful, agile and high-performing team that places data at the heart of the model, so engagement is delivered at scale and results are measurable. Responsibilities for the position of Customer Engagement Senior Executive is to lead and develop journey engagement recommendations to deliver against the operational plan in key work areas including: Data Management Journey engagement Journey messaging Customer marketing Alerts program Understand the messaging needs for effecting targeting, personalization and testing. Identify relevant data sources and use them to constitute marketing data profiles. Categorize data characteristics to drive segmentation. Create metrics, dashboards and performance benchmarks Mapping data gaps and managing approaches to acquire missing data. Define and deliver measurements for proof-based results. Create recommendations from data analysis for segmentation and targeting. Knowledge of digital journey engagement flows, engagement scoring and reporting. To be considered for this role you must have : 5 years of experience in digital marketing; preferably with experience of user experience or service design Bachelor's degree in User Experience, Service Design, Design Methods, Digital Marketing, or a related field Strong understanding of digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), and segmentation, preferably through agency or enterprise marketing experience Self-starter with proven experience in journey mapping and persona development from either the user experience or service design perspective The Company: Our client is a long-established technology giant, best known for enabling industry to better manage, monitor and improve their performance through mobile workforce products.
