Clinical Lead - Registered Nurse £48,000 - £50,000 per Annum Borehamwood, Hertfordshire Full Time Role Eclypse Recruitment are seeking committed, caring and passionate Registered General Nurse for a Clinical Lead role in a High Dependency Nursing Home in Borehamwood. This specialist care centre provides care for over 170 people with varying needs. The service is broken down into three floors which are then further split into three wings of around 20 beds. The three floors within the home are broken down as follows: Floor One: Young Physically Disabled Acquired Brain Injuries MND or MS Spinal or Neurological Conditions Floor Two: Elderly Frail General Nursing Palliative/End of Life Care Floor Three: Specialist Dementia Early Onset Dementia/Younger Persons Dementia Mental Health Conditions At this current moment in time we are looking for clinically strong and experienced Clinical Lead. In this role you will have 2 days per week supernumerary hours and the rest will be clinical supporting the unit managers within the home. Not only must you have strong clinical skills you must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a valid N.M.C. number. You MUST have previous experience at Deputy Home Manager level or Clinical Lead Roles within a larger nursing home ideally. They are paying a fantastic salary of £48,000 - £50,000 depending on your experience and skills.
