Overview
NonStop are currently working with an Local Authority rater Good by Ofsted near Sutton, that is continually improving and focusing on practice quality of our social work. This is supported by by a system that enables practice to continually develop. System Includes: Reducing social work caseloads Higher staff retention Intervening early so that families have the right support Using the Multi Systemic Therapy We are committed to innovation and their current vision focuses solely on ensuring the best service is provided to all service users. This authority is aiming to reduce there cases loads to 18 per social worker. Allowing you to have the time to focus on the cases that you hold in depth, allowing you to make a difference within your role. Within the team's geographical area you will support children and young people through robust assessment, SMART planning and effective intervention to support them in achieving positive outcomes within their families and communities. Working within a restorative practice approach, you will work in partnership with families and multi-agency colleagues in intervening to address both the presenting concerns and underlying difficulties.
