Overview
Key Responsibilities: · Budgeting & Forecasting across the region · Monthly closing of actual results · Supporting senior management in decision making with facts & figures · Timely alert for risk & opportunities · Validating MBO targets / achievements · Ensuring compliance with statutory requirements / Group Accounting Policies · Partner to Site Finance · Ensure consistency of approach in reporting across clusters within LSCE · Develop benchmarks across clusters and sites · Support LSCE CFO and management throughout finance management cycles · Review operational KPIs - challenge target setting and variance analysis · Through the Commercial Controlling Officer, to supporting the commercial operations from a financial control perspective · Tracking of Management initiatives and their achievements · Fixed cost evolution and driver for deviations · TCOE, FTE & Productivity reporting Randstad Financial & Professional encourage applications from individuals of all ages & backgrounds.
