Temporary Accounts Payable job in Heathrow Your new company An established hospitality organisation is looking for an Accounts Payable Assistant on an initial 1 month basis, but with the potential to extend. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced environment and a professional team. Your new role Your new role will include the accurate and timely processing of invoices. You will ensure that all invoices have the supporting documentation attached such as PO's and/or delivery notes You will be reviewing all relevant supplier statements and chasing any outstanding invoices. You will also be supporting the preparation of the Bi-monthly supplier statements. What you'll need to succeed To succeed in this role you will have recent experience of high volume invoice processing. You will have been in a similar role for at least 3 years. Microsoft Dynamics system knowledge will be advantageous, but not essential. What you'll get in return This will be an ongoing temp role and the rate will be £12 - £14 p/h depending on experience.
