Overview
I'm currently working in partnership with over a billion pound turnover distribution organisation based in Wolverhampton. There are currently a number of internal projects underway, for example implementing two new systems, including introducing Business Central (Navision). This has resulted in a number of their staff members moving on to secondments, so they require a Qualified Accountant to bridge the gaps. Your role will be focused around controls for their Management Accounts and Year-End. Duties will include: Production of monthly management accounts and management information, Reviewing monthly management accounts and providing detailed commentary to senior management team. Implementing, controlling and reconciling key balance sheet reconciliations. Re-forecasting. Assisting with the preparation of statutory accounts and liaising with auditors.
