We are looking for an experienced Contracts Accountant that will work within our finance team to take overall responsibility for ensuring that all contracts for people we support are captured and processed on a timely basis. Reporting into the Group Financial Controller, the Contracts Accountant will need to have experience of and be comfortable working with financial data to quantify and summarise contracting value volumes and the activity pipeline. The role would suit someone who has worked within a financial auditing environment with a strong awareness of the importance of process and controls. As a Contracts Administrator you will: * Own the contracts authorisation process covering new admissions, renewals and fee changes. * Ensure all contracts are captured, reviewed, and authorised in a timely manner. * Ensure all relevant paperwork is captured and securely stored - chasing missing information as required. * Work with the in-house Legal Team to review contracts ensuring the paperwork is complete and the terms and conditions are appropriate. * Liaise with the Business Development, Operations, Legal and Billing Teams - communicating the status of contracts and billing completeness. * Analyse the sales ledger to ensure the amounts billed are accurate and prepare weekly KPIs on the activity pipeline. * Liaise with Funding Authorities to request additional information and relevant paperwork. * Assist Credit Control with billing and collection issues with reference to the agreed contract terms and conditions. We are looking for a well organised and self-motivated Contracts Accountant that has: * Experience of and be comfortable working with financial data to quantify and summarise contracting value volumes and the activity pipeline.
