Are you looking for a change? Want a new job that is proactive and interesting? Sugarman are currently seeking a Health Care Assistant to provide care and support to an older gentleman who lives at home with his family with complex health needs in Watford, Hertfordshire. This is on a full time basis and must be able to work alternate weekends. You would become an essential part of his existing care team in this fulfilling and caring role. He had a stroke a number of years ago and requires 24 hour care to meet his daily needs and maintain his health. This service user requires staff that are able to talk him through what is happening when in a gentle and calm manner. Full clinical training will be provided by Sugarman's clinical educator, so this is a great opportunity for anyone looking to upskill and make a real difference to a service users Wellbeing. The shift patterns are: Days 7am-7pm & Nights 7pm-7am We support from Monday - Sunday We are looking for someone who can be flexible in working both days and nights.
