Overview
Are you an experienced support worker or someone who has never worked in care and support looking for a new challenge? REED Recruitment are currently working with a fantastic adult learning disability service in the south west of Edinburgh who are looking to recruit support workers for their high quality establishment. This is a highly rewarding role providing expert 24/7 care to vulnerable individuals within their own homes, working as part of a staffing team to assist with their everyday living. You may be an experienced support worker or perhaps you have never worked in this field and you are looking to start a career in care and support, either way I would love to hear from you. Knowledge isn't essential for this role, it is all about having the right attitude and a caring nature. The company I am working with will put you through a comprehensive six month training program ensuring you are given the right skills to do the job to the best of your ability. They will also put you through the necessary qualifications to ensure your skill-base is in line with industry standards.
