We are looking for enthusiastic motivated individuals to work as Pharmacy Support Workers as follows: Post 1 Permanent position within the busy Distribution section of the Pharmacy Department at the Royal infirmary of Edinburgh Post 2 Permanent position split between the Pharmacy Dispensary and Pharmacy Distribution area Duties include medicine receipt and delivery mark-up, stock control, assembly of stock orders for wards/departments, logging in prescriptions, greeting patients at hatch and administration duties. Basic computing skills are essential as there will be an administrative component to this work with tasks such as recording of workload statistics, checking Microsoft outlook emails, scanning, photocopying and filing. Previous pharmacy experience is advantageous, although not essential, as training will be provided.
