If the post holder is not a current PVG member for the required regulatory group (i.e. child and/or adult) then an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before they can begin in post. We are seeking to recruit an enthusiastic and highly motivated Pharmacy Support Worker to join our well established pharmacy team in Satellite Dispensing Services, Western General Hospital, Edinburgh. The post will be job sharing and days of work will be Wednesday pm, Thursday and Friday all day plus a rotational weekend service commitment. Prior experience of all aspects of hospital pharmacy including aseptic services, stock control and organisational qualities are helpful but not essential. A public holiday service commitment is included in this post.
