Job Description

Unity Technologies provides a growing number of services to our customers as an end-to-end solution for game development and monetization. These services complement the core engine software used by developers. We are looking for a Sales Engineer to join our Analytics and Live Ops team in Edinburgh to support client partners running tailored demos for new prospects. You will demonstrate the deltaDNA platform, promote best practice and resolve any problems that arise with curiosity, flexibility and positivity. Responsibilities * Understand the business opportunities we are trying to solve for games developers and publishers and present appropriate solutions * Support POCs and trials with expert advice including platform training, event collection and other integration and onboarding tasks * Support customers as they develop new games and instrument them for analytics and the wide range of live ops gaming services * Act as an expert advisor for Client Partners and other operational teams on improving our conversion rates of trials to billing clients * Provide support materials, marketing content and best practices to enhance the sales collateral and prospect engagements * Feedback prospect ideas and comments to the product team to consider for product enhancements Requirements * Customer-facing, Technical Support or QA experience * A proactive communicator, with people at all levels from commercial and technical backgrounds * Unity and C# experience * Experience with iOS and Android development tools * Curiosity, the urge to understand how things work, experiment and find innovative solutions to challenging problems Bonus * Developing games/apps with Unity or for mobile/ console platforms * Knowledge of game development cycles & methodology * Experience with the deltaDNA Analytics and CRM platform Who We Are Unity is the creator of the world's leading real-time 3D development platform, giving users the most powerful and accessible tools to create, operate, and monetize experiences for the real-time world.
