2nd Line Support Analyst
Overview
We are seeking a 2nd Line Support Analyst for our prestigious client based in Liverpool on an initial 6 month contract with the potential to extend paying between £200 to £250 per day depending on experience. The successful 2nd Line Support Analyst will possess a solid background working within a similar capacity. A proven track record working with the following is required - Windows Desktops Office 365 Exchange Active Directory SQL AWS, Azure, Cloud ITIL Networking Asset Management CRM - Salesforce The role will providing remote support as well as on site support with some travel involved.
