2nd Line Support | North Liverpool | 6-month FTC | £24,000 2nd Line Support | North Liverpool | 6-month FTC | £24,000 Your new company International manufacturing organisation. Your new role You will provide technical support across a range of end user technologies. You will need to demonstrate a strong customer focus and have experience of working in a structured environment aligned to ITIL principles as well as having knowledge and experience of supporting both infrastructure and application technologies. You will be required to provide the first point of contact for users across the organisation. Responding to enquiries raised over the telephone, via email or face to face. Logging and resolving the enquiries by providing technology support. Working in an ITIL aligned environment you'll have great customer service skills and support on Windows10, on a mixture of thin and thick clients. Client application including Office365, SharePoint, MS Dynamics, video conferencing, telephony, multi-function devices, and mobile devices. Although the role is primarily focused on end user support there will be opportunities to be involved in ICT projects. What you'll need to succeed Worked in an ICT team previously at 2nd line support Proficient on Active Directory, Exchange, Networking, SQL and client networking Supporting a wide range of technologies including: Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office. Worked in an ITIL aligned ICT team, or knowledge of ITIL / Service Management Experience of using remote desktop support tools Experience of service management tools and working to agreed service levels Experience of supporting, Windows 10, Office365 What you'll get in return A salary of up to £24,000, working hours are 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, working 1 in 4 weekends on a rota.
