Overview

We are recruiting on behalf of a large manufacturing company in the heart of Liverpool who are looking for a Business Support Analyst to join their fast paced IT Support team at their head office. Responsibilities: Take escalations from 1st line Resolve faults on IT, manufacturing and logistics systems Accurate call logging Change management Application support Ad hoc out of hours support Skills: Windows 7 & 10 administration Firewalls Web/Email Filtering Remote Desktop support Exchange & Windows Server support VMWare troubleshooting Network Principles Active Directory SAP support Hardware troubleshooting Must have a full driving license and own vehicle due to travel to UK sites involved Offer: Up to £36,000 salary Out of hours uplift 25 days holidays BH Life insurance Generous pension contribution Scantec Personnel Limited is acting as an employment business and an employment agency.
