Overview
Head Resourcing are recruiting a Senior SharePoint Developer to join their award winning global client based in Edinburgh city centre. Working within a cross-functional technical team, you will support the capabilities to the global SharePoint and corporate website. You will work closely with global stakeholders to design, build, test and deploy well-implemented, high-quality solutions. Key Accountabilities As a Senior SharePoint Developer, you will provide informal guidance and share knowledge with colleagues to enable them to contribute to the team's objectives, whilst contributing to the Global Development Community of Practice. You will be involved in the support and coaching of junior and mid-level developers in building their expertise in development standards and best practice to support quality in delivery. Skills & Experience Experience of SharePoint design, configuration and customisation - able to propose SharePoint solutions to meet business requirements. Knowledge and experience of good practices for design, build, test and deployment of SharePoint solutions. A collaborative individual who communicates well, builds great working relationships with the ability to influence others. Experience of ASP .NET, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, XHTML, graphic design, Photoshop, Illustrator or other design software skills is highly desirable. The ability to deal with sometimes conflicting priorities. Curious and continuous learner - investigates, interprets and grasps new concepts. Self-motivated and can use own initiative to work with limited guidance to implement innovative solutions. Pays attention to detail, finds root cause and takes a rigorous approach to problem solving.
