Overview
Are you proud to care? We're actively seeking experienced Care Assistants to join our team in Swadlincote, Coalville, Burton, Long Eaton, Castle Donnington and the surrounding areas of South Derbyshire. As part of this role, you will be caring for a female resident living with complex needs in an LD establishment. You will form part of a close-knit, collaborative team to provide dedicated care and support at all times. You'll follow each individual's care plan, playing a key role in supporting them with daily tasks like personal care, meal preparation , clinical requirements, development of relationships and any additional services needed. You'll receive specialist training, tailored to the package of care you're assigned to. This role has various shifts available including 12 hour night shifts (7pm to 7am) and 12 hour day shifts (7am to 7pm) What we need from you You'll be an empathetic and compassionate caregiver, with experience of caring professionally or for a loved one. You'll be comfortable assisting clients with limited mobility, and with a valid Moving and Handling certificate. You'll be fuelled by your desire to make a real difference to the lives of people in need. Access to your own vehicle is desirable but not required. What is Flexi Pay?
