Technical Engineer (Aberdeen, Dundee and Fife) Competitive bonus, pension & company car Enjoy the freedom to make a difference with a driven and successful team of Engineering Consultants at Cromwell. You’ll be assigned a portfolio of existing customers and work with our National and Regional Managers to grow their business and develop strong professional relationships. By using your skills and knowledge to support and help your customers, you will work with them in conjunction with our industry leading list of suppliers. Together with salespeople in your area, you’ll review and prioritise which opportunities you should go after. We’ll encourage you to work independently when necessary so the ability to be a self-starter, build a rapport, handle objections and negotiate is essential. You’ll have completed a relevant engineering Apprenticeship and possess good all round Cutting Tools knowledge with expertise in a key product area. Importantly, you will be driven and highly motivated to succeed. Excellent communication skills and the ability to solve problems, adapt and influence is vital.
