Overview
Eden Scott is delighted to be working with our highly respected client to recruit for IFA Technical Support to provide administration and related support to advisers. This is a permanent full-time opportunity based in the centre of Aberdeen. RESPONSIBILITIES Management of New Business processing Support the management of existing client bank To ensure all client information is captured accurately and systems updated in a timely manner Maintain up to date and competent technical knowledge in work related areas Prioritise workload effectively managing multiple tasks with different delivery timescales REQUIREMENTS Experience in a technical support role within an IFA operation dealing with personal financial planning Diploma qualified or working towards qualification High level of accuracy and attention to detail Excellent communication skills Good research and analytical skills Commercially aware A highly competitive salary and benefits package is on offer with this role together with exam support.
