Agile Knowledge Analyst £35,000 - £40,000 per annum London I am currently working with a consultancy that are looking to accelerate the growth of some of the departments in their business and are in need of someone with good Agile knowledge, in a scaled environment, to ensure the growth doesn't negatively affect performance. They seek a Knowledge Analyst with a passion for growing businesses, developing new IP and work on key topic priorities. As with all other Key Digital Programs (KDPs), this position also requires an eagerness to be part of a growing and fast-paced global team. Core skills: Ability to apply knowledge of Agile and contribute to teams working on the build and deployment of products / tools / data (Depending on client specific context) Strong and well-rounded knowledge of Agile (Ideally SAFe) Comfortable in a semi-start up environment Stakeholder management to a senior level, being credible and proactive Framing, structuring, and sharing IP under the guidance of Agile KT Lead, with the ability to write clearly, concisely and persuasively Working creatively and analytically in a time-limited, problem-solving environment Flexible, curious and creative, open for new things and able to propose innovative ideas Driven, hard-working, and productive Previous experience: 1-2 years of industry experience preferred, and/or equivalent years of consulting experience, in a relevant field of expertise. Ability speak German language is a must. Bachelor degree required, advanced degree preferred, with demonstrated high academic achievement preferably in Computer Sciences, Engineering, IT Management, Business Administration (other advanced degrees are accepted as well, e.g. Mathematics, Physics) First-hand experience in one or several of these topics: Agile principles, Agile at Scale, Agile organization transformation, Agile and its applicability to different functions and industries Strong understanding of how technology enables business transformation, digital transformation, organisational transformation, delivering enterprise-level IT and Digital transformation.
