Job Description

dunnhumby is looking for a talented Global Knowledge Manager! You will design and implement a global knowledge management strategy in order to drive sharing our best work right across the globe and making building meaningful communities and connections even easier. To help drive and improve the commercial performance of dunnhumby through the management and application of reusable expertise, knowledge, insights, methodologies and related processes in order to accelerate and improve everyone's quality outputs. What you'll be doing: Assess dunnhumby's need for Knowledge Management, design and recommend a best-fit global approach to realise measurable commercial benefits. Develop and implement a Knowledge Management strategy that supports the dunnhumby strategy. Work with the different parts of the business to design the knowledge management framework, systems and processes required to source, curate, enhance, publish and maintain knowledge sharing. The framework will facilitate knowledge sharing across the business, supporting business development, capability building and project delivery from a content and knowledge sharing perspective. Actively identify valuable knowledge from past projects to support future projects, facilitate knowledge sharing behaviour and promote internal tools and capabilities that support Knowledge Management. Design new knowledge distribution practices and develop a robust plan to encourage use of the new practices. Analyse the effectiveness of new knowledge management programme(s) by monitoring its usage and evaluating its impact in terms of organisational benefits. Develop an ongoing dunnhumby way of working for Knowledge Management, thinking about knowledge in - knowledge out, access and support. Design training modules for our employees to understand knowledge management behaviour and access related tools. Responsible for the analysis of collaborative networks and formation of communities of practice within the organisation. Define the need for building and leading a small team of high-performing experts to realise the Knowledge Management strategy. Actively demonstrate dunnhumby's values and behaviours. What you'll need: * Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject (e.g. computer science, knowledge management or related discipline. * Experience working with SharePoint online * Knowledge Management Systems * Community Management * Internal Communications * Operational Planning & Roadmaps * Business Process Design and Improvement A plus if you also have: Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant subject
