Are you an experienced Financial Research Director, looking to make a move? Do you want to work for a well-established and extremely successful business, where you can support the division lead? If so, this could be the role for you. The Company Based in a picturesque London location, they boast modern and open plan offices. They are a strong, well-known business in their market, and operate across a number of sectors. They are now looking for a Research Director to join their Financial Services team, to support the Head of the Division. The Role As Research Director, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a range of ad hoc projects, as well as managing clients on the monthly tracking study. You will be working closely with your clients to understand their business needs and how research can help them to get the answers they need. You will be responsible for managing a team and their growth and development as well. Clients range from retail banks, to insurers to Key Duties Include:- - Responding to tenders with proposals and attending pitches, to secure new business - Overseeing the researchers working on the projects, to ensure timely and accurate delivery of all projects - Adding value to reports and presentations, pulling out key insights that will answer their questions - Writing thought-leadership pieces, for publication The Candidate - Ideally educated to degree level, with a strong quantitative research background across a variety of methodologies - Experience working in a research agency will be essential, to allow you to hit the ground running - Passion for, and experience within financial services research is a must - Experience of managing and developing people, so that you can help to develop the team around you - This role will suit someone who wants to deputise for a Senior Director, work on a wide range of projects and build up strong client relationships This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89680583
