Employee Engagement Manager Reporting to: Head of HR Location: Manchester / Huddersfield Salary: Competitive benefits Due to company growth we are seeking an experienced Employee Engagement Manager to join our HR team, this role will be suited to a dynamic and ambitious candidate looking to progress in HR/ Employee Engagement channels, this opportunity will play an integral role in shaping these areas within the Dining Club Group. Role Responsibilities will include: Design and maintain an effective employee engagement framework to support the goals and vision of our People Strategy, Operating Plan and Business strategy Monitor employee engagement through Employee Surveys and design interventions that support teams across the business to meet engagement targets Work within the HR team to help analyse onboarding and exit data, recommending and leading on intervention to address retention issues Ability to develop, deploy and embed a consistent culture Introduce and deliver innovative and best practice solutions to continually increase employee engagement, taking into consideration the needs of all parts of the business Work with managers to ensure values are translated in specific behaviours Ensuring any relevant policies, practices, processes and systems are aligned to the culture of the organisation Work with the charity team to develop the sense of ownership for the charities we support and promote this across the business Manage and develop employee relations, working with the employee groups and playing an active role in consultation and negotiations to achieve business improvement Work with the Head of HR to develop strategies to improve engagement, and create and manage programs designed to foster it, such as employee recognition programs, wellness programs and other activities aimed at creating a positive workplace environment Lead the roll out of new employee engagement ideas Ensure compliance at all times with ISO27001 and BS10012 What type of person do you need to be? An employee engagement professional who has proven implementation of such a framework in previous positions Must have a great sense of creativity and an innovative approach A self-starter who has a good amount of entrepreneurial flair and credibility to liaise with senior stakeholders Excellent working knowledge of organisational development, including employee engagement, performance management and employee relations.
