Overview
This role is still interviewing during the lockdown via VC/Skype. My client is an established Executive Search Consultancy and part of a larger group with a varied client base. The Group covers Executive Search, Leadership Consultancy and Assessment, Interim Management and Project solutions. An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Executive Search practitioner to join the business to grow the Financial Services practice. The group has significant contacts and clients in the Financial Services sector, so this is by no means a cold desk. Indeed the opportunity to leverage the contact base is significant, and the chance to build and lead this practice area is significant. This opportunity will suit an individual with experience recruiting at a senior level in a Financial Services marketplace, that could cover Retail/Consumer Banking, Insurance,Payments or Wealth, or combination thereof. Whilst my client conducts all their business on a retained basis, they would consider someone from both a pure retained search background, or indeed from a hybrid. The majority of roles will fall into the £100k-£200k base salary market level. My client is an independent business of some scale and this is an entrepreneurial opportunity but with the backing of considerable resources and client base. It is a superb opportunity to build a business within a business for an individual wanting additional responsibility and scope. Base salary on offer in the range of £80-100k with some flexibility for the right person. Their will be a generous package on top of this.
