Please note that this is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract Purpose of the role To provide strong leadership and project management of the 'Success’ stream of Project Excite. KMMS EMEA is currently undergoing business transformation to drive Operational Excellency (Project Excite). The success stream of this project has the following desired outcomes: to have greater control over cash flow, improve billing compliance, reduce overdue debt to KM Group required levels and ensure end to end processes are embedded to pay suppliers on time. Accountabilities Ensure the EMEA Finance transaction team is recognised within KMMS as a trusted high performing team Deliver confidence in the end to end Supplier Process Deliver confidence in the end to end Billing Process Ensure relationships are strengthened with clients AP teams and suppliers Achieve pre-defined KPIs around Billing, AR and AP Migrate the Success Team into Business as Usual Scope & Impact This role is vital to the business to ensure: we have: adequate controls and reporting in place for effective AP/AR and cash management. As well as providing guidance and mentoring to the AP & AR teams to enable them to offer best practice service to our clients and suppliers. Knowledge & Skills Essential Exceptional ability to build relationships across all areas of the business A clear and positive communicator Works well under pressure and able to cope with conflicting priorities An ambitious self-starter with excellent organization skills and an ability to work in fast moving environment Ability to lead and inspire in a matrix environment Structured and logical thinker Solid understanding of end to end processes for billing compliance, accounts receivable and accounts payable Desirable Regional experience or experience working with different countries across Europe Comfortable with Gantt charts or similar project management tools Experience of using Smartsheet software or equivalent Experience in creation and storage of process maps Experienced in embedding new processes within multi-site business Qualified accountant
