Overview

The Consultancy Group are proud to be working with an instantly recognisable international consumer business based in London who are looking for a highly driven and energetic Commercial Retail Finance Manager Reporting into the Head of Retail Finance, this high-profile opportunity will play an instrumental part in strategically growing and maintaining the performance of hundreds of stores throughout the UK and Ireland. You'll business partner Senior Retail Directors throughout the region; providing detailed analysis on actuals, forecasts and budgets, alongside identifying Risks and Opportunities to the budget which will support key decision making for their continued expansion throughout Europe. Communication and influencing skills are key. You'll quickly build effective relationships with the Retail FD's as well as across finance and supporting functions. The team of 3 that you'll manage are a talented bunch and will require a team leader who can develop, inspire and help them fulfil their potential. Coaching and development will be part of your DNA and this will be critical in continuing to grow the team's thriving culture. The successful candidate will be CIMA/ACA/ACCA Qualified with at least 3 years PQE and have a progressive background in FP&A or commercial roles with prior experience of financial analysis, modelling and ideally multisite within a large consumer lead organisation. You'll have a high level of initiative with a proven track record of delivering results to deadlines and excellent communication/influencing skills across all levels of seniority.
