Major City and international firm is now looking to hire an experienced banking and finance lawyer, either a current fee-earner looking for his/her first PSL role, or an experienced banking and finance PSL. The partners are happy to see applications from those wanting to work either part-time or full-time. This will be a wide ranging PSL role and the ideal person for the role will have a range of both private practice and in-house experience, as well as experience of multi-jurisdictional banking and finance transactions. The firm's banking and finance group acts for a wide range of lenders and borrowers and has significant capability in general corporate banking, leveraged finance, real estate finance, structured and debt capital markets, asset finance and asset based lending.
