Locum Family Solicitor Required - Homeworking £35 - £40 p/h Our client, an established law firm, is seeking a Locum Family Solicitor to support the business through an exciting period of growth over the next 6 months. The successful locum will be responsible for handling a caseload of private family matters to include divorce, finances and child arrangements, managing cases from initial client contract through to advocacy, including FDR hearings. Our client promotes a flexible and supportive working environment. This is a homeworking contract, with occasional travel for court appearances, and both full and part time hours are considered.
