Job Description

Locum Consultant in Acute Medicine & Endocrinology Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is looking for an endocrinologist and Acute/General Medicine Consultant to join an exciting and expanding department in one of the countries busiest non-elective trusts. Based at Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, we are looking for an enthusiastic, forward thinking team player to help build on the current excellent reputation and trust ethos. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to review patients on the newly refurbished Acute Assessment Unit, in Enhanced care caring for our sickest patients, and from December onwards in a new Ambulatory Care Facility. The successful candidate will also spend 30% of their time working within the Endocrinology and Diabetes Department. The hospital boasts an excellent post graduate education department and simulation suite. The successful candidates will be supported to develop their leadership skills and research interests. There is an active research and QIP programme with support available from the trust charity CW+.
