Locum Consultant in Palliative Medicine (2 Posts available) North London Hospice 1 year post (Part time 0.6 WTE) 1 year post (Part time 0.8 WTE) Employer: Central London Community Healthcare NHS Trust Salary: 76,761 to 103,490 pa (pro rata) + London Allowance We are delighted to have the opportunity to advertise these locum posts to work with a growing medical team at North London Hospice. The first post will be based in community palliative care services in our Enfield community team. The second post will be based in community palliative care services in our Barnet community team. The intention is for these posts to become substantive as the service develops. Operating since 1984, North London Hospice offers a full range of palliative care services for adults with cancer and non-cancer illnesses at the end of life: * Eighteen-bed in-patient unit * Three community palliative care teams covering the London boroughs of Barnet, Enfield and Haringey * Health and Wellbeing centre * Palliative Care Support Service * Overnight visiting service We are committed to developing our services to meet the growing needs of our community by working collaboratively with the NHS, Adult Social Care and other hospices/specialist palliative-care services across North Central London to deliver high-quality end-of-life care in any setting.
