Care Assistant
Overview
Care Assistant (Relief) based at Queenswood, Nottingham Relief - Various hours available. You will be responsible for supporting older people to live their daily lives to the full, assisting with their physical and personal needs to enhance each individual's well-being. We are looking for people who are flexible in their approach and sensitive to the needs of residents therefore you must enjoy the company of older people and work well as part of a team. Previous experience is desirable but the right approach and willingness to undertake full training is more important. For more information about the role please review the Job Description here . Opened in 1975 and located in a quiet residential area on the border of Beeston and Chilwell, just south of Nottingham city centre, our Beeston care home offers residential care for up to 41 people. All Queenwood residents receive long-term residential care, whilst we also offer respite care for those who wish to stay with us on a short-term basis.
