Overview
My client is a rapidly expanding financial services business looking to recruit a Business Change Manager. The Business Change Manager is responsible for the business change capability across the entire portfolio, and it's delivery. The role will drive business change, communications, behaviour and adoption management across the Group in alignment with the business plan, projects and programmes. The desired candidate will have the following responsibilities: Responsible for the end-to-end delivery of projects assigned to you, including planning, risks, costs, initiation, definition, execution, testing & go live in line with or standards, governance and guidelines. Impact assessments and benchmarking of multiple project initiatives from a Business Change perspective in order to develop detailed plans and materials to support Systems, Process & People Change Engaging with relevant work streams, business functions and operational teams to plan Business Change activity in line with other key activities and milestones Provide regular updates to stakeholders on a wide range of business areas Managing exceptions and project changes within the governance structure (to be defined by the role) Preparing and issuing progress and milestone reports in line with department requirements Managing risks and issues pertinent to the Business Change work stream and appropriate escalation within the department. Production of policy, processes, procedures, working practices and supporting guidance to promote effective. Change Management from concept to execution and review. Skills: Strong Business Change Management experience across Systems, Process & People-focused plans is essential Planning, managing and monitoring the implementation of changes, including impact assessment, resource analysis, conflict resolution and contingency planning. Produce detailed and accurate process and requirements documentation. Work closely with IT and other group functions to drive long-lasting change through projects and development. Good -to- strong knowledge of MS Office packages inc. Visio & Excel. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Methodical and analytical approach to work. Excellent attention to detail. Results driven and ambitious. Ability to Identify, adapt & change requirements to suit business needs Solid understanding of the development to production deployment process Ability to work independently, to deadlines and under pressure and to prioritise work effectively whilst managing the expectations for delivery of end users Experience of working directly with senior business sponsors, stakeholders and third party suppliers Experience of / exposure to an IT Project Management role; Knowledge of both Waterfall & Agile methodologies.
