Semi-Senior Accountant opportunity within an established Lancashire Chartered Accountancy Practice offering experience in all areas of Audit / Accounts and Business Services, study support and structured career development. THE OPPORTUNITY . A Semi-Senior Accountant opportunity has arisen offering experience in all aspects of and Business Services, study support towards professional qualifications (ACA / ACCA) and long term career development. As a Semi-Senior Accountant your responsibilities will include: Assisting in the Audit of large Owner-Managed and Corporate clients Preparing Year-End Accounts and Tax Computations for Sole Traders, Partnerships and Limited Companies Production of Monthly / Quarterly Management Accounts for growing SME clients Assisting Partners with ad hoc project work for clients ie business planning / forecasting You will benefit from: Study support towards professional qualifications (ACA / ACCA) Excellent on the job training A secure future and structured career development & progression Exposure to all aspects of Accountancy and Business Advisory work THE PERSON You will be an Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following: AAT Qualified or possibly ACA / ACCA Part-Qualified Background within small or medium sized Accountancy Practice (c.3 - 4 years) A strong desire to progress your career within Chartered Practice If you are currently working in a small Accountancy Practice and are seeking a new career challenge offering a great future please contact Alastair McLean at Lucas McLean Recruitment to discuss this opportunity.
