Senior Accountant opportunity in Audit & Business Advisory offering an unrivalled opportunity for career progression within a leading North West Chartered Practice. THE COMPANY A leading full-service Chartered Accountancy & Advisory Practice with a strong North West presence and an established reputation for providing SME and Mid-Market Corporate businesses with Audit, Tax, Accounts, Business Advisory and M&A / Corporate Finance solutions. THE OPPORTUNITY . A Senior Accountant opportunity within Audit / Business Advisory services offering a chance to work closely with high-growth businesses (c.£1m - £50m t/o) and long-term career development as far as Director. Working closely with a small team of Managers and Directors you will play a key role in delivering Audit & Accounts, Management Accounts and Business Analysis solutions to a Owner-Managed businesses, SME's and Corporate clients seeking to raise finance and grow both organically and through acquisition. As a Senior Accountant your responsibilities will include: Auditing the Financial Statements of growing SME and Corporate clients (£10m - £50m t/o) Preparing Year-End Accounts for SME and Owner-Managed clients Producing Monthly Management Accounts and Business Analysis Reports for clients seeking growth Advising clients on internal accounting systems, growth strategy and succession planning You will benefit from: Opportunity for career progression in a growing office Attractive salary and benefits package Flexibility in working hours THE PERSON You will be an Accountancy professional able to demonstrate the following: ACA / ACCA Qualified (or Qualified By Experience) Background within Chartered Accountancy Practice (c.3 - 4 years) Ambition to progress to Manager and potentially Director longer term If you are currently working in a Chartered Accountancy Practice and are seeking an opportunity within a growing firm offering a great future please contact Alastair McLean at Lucas McLean Recruitment to discuss this role.
