Position: Polish/German Business Development Manager Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 (Dependent on experience) Location: Blackburn YOU MUST SPEAK POLISH OR GERMAN FOR THIS ROLE Our Client manufactures and sells premium E-Liquids in over 100 countries worldwide. It is a truly Global brand that has won awards in many countries across the globe. Due to their phenomenal success and growth they have the need to add an Experienced Business Development Manager to their award winning sales team at our £multi-million HQ in Blackburn. The Business Development Manager is ultimately responsible to ensure the growth and development of the clients range of liquids through the proactive sourcing of new customers across Scandinavia. You must be fluent in a Scandinavian language for this role and available for occasional travel to European countries for Business Meetings & Expo's Main Duties Strategically source and bring on board new Distributors, retailers (online and offline) to stock the clients product range alongside CBD penetration Align with the Marketing, Finance & operations Team to ensure an efficient supply chain with timely deliveries Work towards targets, KPI's and deliverable's and exceed them. Work with the Account Management team to service existing accounts and extract maximum value and up-sell at all given opportunities To represent the brand in a professional manner at all times Assist in the development of the brand including attending Expos as and when required. Liaise with the marketing team to maximise brand awareness Utilise up to date Business and market intelligence in sourcing of new leads and customers Person Spec: Experience in a targeted, Business Development role. Target and money driven Tenacious with a committed and winning attitude and mindset Previous experience in the e-cig industry preferred but not essential Excellent written and oral communication skills For many years our client have held and operated a core belief that their real value is in their people.
