International revenues (and head count for that matter) have literally doubled from this time last year. In a newly created role as Finance Manager, you will report into and work very closely with an experienced startup Finance Director who is currently in the process of building a best-in-class finance function, capable of supporting this ridiculously fast growing company as they scale. Key responsibilities to include: • Owning the month end close process, including preparing management accounts with analysis and commentaries • Preparing annual statutory accounts and operating as the point of contact for external auditors • Continuously improving core finance processes and controls • Tax work, including VAT, corporation tax and transfer pricing • Acting as the finance lead for software implementation projects • Supervising more junior members of the finance team • Adhoc reporting and projects Profile • Qualified accountant, with PQE within a high growth technology business • You'll have worked in an all-encompassing finance role, very much getting stuck in with whatever needs doing • Significant experience of improving processes and controls, automating where possible • Advanced Excel skills a must, and NetSuite experience is advantageous (however by no means essential) Please get in touch ASAP as opportunities with companies like this do not come up every day
