Overview
Building Surveyor Location: Rayleigh, Essex Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 depending on experience Type: Full time, permanent Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm (flexibility required) Travel: Travel around London and Home Counties required Benefits: Work from home opportunities Bonus scheme Flexible working hours On-site parking Casual dress Company events & social hours We are looking for a qualified MRICS Building Surveyor to join a growing team in the local area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a vibrant and exciting firm which is expanding very quickly with access to a vast client base. The successful candidate should have a positive attitude and be comfortable with talking to clients. Responsibilities and Duties MRICS Experience of managing and communicating with clients Sound commercial awareness Sound knowledge & experience of drafting technical documents Excellent Time Management, Punctuality & Commitment Willingness to mentor junior surveyors and APC candidates Party Wall Matters Building Surveys Reinstatement Valuations Project Management Section 20 " Major works" Important information during Covid-19 Our office is temporarily closed during COVID-19, however, we are still monitoring emails.
