Commercial Paralegal - Temp to Perm - Data Company Your new company Founded in the 90s, this leading data-driven business is very well established business is a market leader in what they do. They have around 200 in the business and are based in the heart of the city with lots to do in the area, with a great working culture and a real family feel. The legal team offers a lot of scope for growth and are very selective from a cultural fit perspective. Your new role A commercially orientated Paralegal role as part of a well-developed wider legal function, which will likely turn permanent after the initial contract period. The successful candidate will work on commercial matters in a broad role. You will draft and review a host of business-critical agreements, while also providing support on merges and acquisitions, data protection, licensing and regulated queries where needed. Additionally, you will provide legal support to other areas of the business, building relationships with different business units as a reliable cog in the legal machine. What you'll need to succeed You will be a Paralegal with excellent academics (2:1 or 1st in degree) and ideally successful completion of the Legal Practice Course. You must have demonstrable good experience drafting commercial agreements, including from scratch and the ability to manage stakeholders at different levels. You will have an engaging personality, strong technical ability, a commercial mindset and the willingness to learn and develop as much as possible.
