About the role As one of our resourcing advisors you will be joining an exciting team and be a driving force in our commitment to ensure our recruitment service meets the needs of our line managers. Supporting with the way that we attract, and engage with candidates to become an employer of choice. You will be a recruitment professional, who will be responsible for the end to end recruitment process of your designated directorate, where you will work with hiring managers to provide advice and guidance on their recruitment needs. You will be a self-starter who can work on their own initiative and work autonomously, taking the lead on your areas, to quickly make a positive impact to our hiring managers. Strong communication skills, flexibility and a can do attitude are essential qualities for this role. You will play a key role in bringing the resourcing strategy to life and working with our stakeholders making the NMC an attractive place to work. This role is suited to candidates who have a background in recruitment, preferable in-house, and who thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. Skills and experience required Experience across the full end to end lifecycle of recruitment – plan, source, and screen, select and secure. Previous experience within a Recruitment or Resourcing Role, preferably in-house recruitment. Experience of selection processes, including strong interview skills and advising on a range of assessment methods. Experience collating recruitment metrics and the ability to analyse data and recommend improvements. Ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing, with a range of stakeholders. Ability to influence and challenge constructively. Why work for the NMC?
