Overview
Prospero are currently supporting a provider of adult social care with the recruitment of a clinical lead nurse for one of their nursing homes. The clinical lead nurse will be an experienced nurse that is comfortable and has experience in managing nursing staff. The clinical lead nurse will have good understanding on hoe to adhere to CQC standards and ensure that all clinical staff are also. The clinical lead nurse will know how to ensure all staff are trained and know how to manage disciplinary actions and support staff. They will also be passionate about elderly care and ensure patient care is at the centre of their attention. This is an excellent company to work for, with great feedback from staff.
