Our client, a fintech lender specialising in Commercial development finance are now seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join the expanding team to manage a portfolio of development finance loans. Key Responsibilities: Review monthly reports and monitor development progress Track expenditure against agreed cost schedules Track progress against agreed project milestones Process borrower drawdown requests Prepare credit papers Regional market analysis Developing Collection Strategies About you: Ideally worked within a Lender Expert knowledge of Development Finance or Commercial Real Estate Experience of monitoring development projects Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
