Workshop Controller/ Assistant Service Manager required in Rhondda Cynon Taff. Full negotiable starting salary plus bonus and overtime Monday to Friday 8:00am-5:00pm with 1 in 2 Saturdays 8:00am-1:00pm on a rota First-hand stake in helping drive our client's business forward Our client is a Main Dealer in Rhondda Cynon Taff, who is looking to hire an experienced Workshop Controller for their busy Dealer. You will be responsible for managing the workload and supervising the output of a group of vehicle technicians as well as maintaining workshop targets. On target, earnings are based on hitting targets although likely to be around £28,000 pa with a base salary of around £23,000.
