A MARKET LEADING Utilities client based in Wokingham require a Business Change Analyst to join them for an exciting and challenging engagement. For this opportunity you will be an Ajilon employee working on site with the client while being rewarded with a strong salary, holidays, pension, certification opportunities and more Job Title: Business Change Analyst Duration: Ajilon Consultant (See below) Location: Wokingham Start: ASAP Salary: £Strong PAYE salary plus extensive benefits (as below) Responsibilities: Prepare Programme level reports for meetings / boards, and other documents as required in the programme reporting cycle Attending the programme Steering Committee and capturing minutes including documenting actions and decisions Ensuring all necessary reports are collated and issued to appropriate audiences in a timely manner Create and complete a change readiness assessment adopted and delivered to the RtR teams Align with change team on training and communication approach Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress Experience we are looking for: Experience working/supporting a project/programme(Essential) Self-motivated with a positive and professional approach to management (Essential) Must be a confident communicator (Essential) Must be highly organised (Essential) Must be able to appropriately manage stakeholders (Essential) Understanding of Business Change concepts Ajilon Consultant You will be an integral part of Ajilon (Adecco), a FTSE500 Global organisation with over 52 clients and sole supplier to the biggest organisations in the country and the world.
